Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on all unopened and sealed products. You may return the product to Amandla Power Group SA at your own expense and request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to submit the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at helpdesk@agpsa.co.za. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8 Menston Rd, Dawncliffe, Westville, 3629, South Africa

You can always contact us for any return question at info@agpsa.co.za.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at helpdesk@agpsa.co.za.

Warrantees
Products that are found to be defective after installation/use and that carry an Original Equipment Manufacture's warrantee may be returned to us. Defective products will be repaired or replaced and will not be subject to a refund.

No warrantee claims will be accepted for inverters, batteries or solar panels unless they are installed by an Electrical Contractor who is registered with the Department of Employment and Labour in accordance with the Occupational Heath and Safety Act, Electrical Installation Regulations, and a copy of the Certificate of Compliance for that installation is provided.

On receipt of the item we will manage the warrantee process on your behalf with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Warrantee claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the OEM and the outcome of the process will be determined by the OEM and communicated back to you. The decision by the OEM will be final.
